Nicolas Darnauguilhem is one of these chefs that have been formed both by their travels and the tables where they have officiated.

Europe, Asia, Central America, it is thanks to these multiple influences that Nicolas has developed a unique way of conceiving gastronomy: precise, generous, surprising and elegant. In his restaurant Le Neptune in Geneva, he proposes this free and living cuisine.

More than a cook, Nicolas is a host who takes a great care of  the pleasure of his guests, without giving up the boldness that has always been one of his major features.
